This free legal advice and advocacy counseling clinic is specifically for Child Welfare Services staff, foster parents, relative caregivers and parents of children who are dependents of the San Diego County Juvenile Court. The clinic will provide information on education and special education law as it relates to foster youth for those who are seeking both a basic substantive law overview as well as practical training for education advocacy.
